Routines ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile and web application.

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up.
Fitness data: Workout routines, exercises, timers, and session history you create within the app.
Quiz data: Questions, quizzes, and quiz scores you create or take within the app.
Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the app to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Routines service.
To save and sync your routines and quizzes across devices.
To process payments via our payment provider (Stripe).
To improve the app based on usage patterns.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third-party services necessary to operate Routines, including:

Stripe — for payment processing.
Base44 — our app infrastructure and data hosting provider.

5. Public Share Links

If you generate a public share link for a routine, folder, or quiz, the recipient can view that content without an account. You are responsible for managing who you share these links with. Links can be revoked at any time from within the app.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your routines and quizzes at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your data is only accessible to your account by default (row-level security enforced). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Routines is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

Billing & Subscriptions

Routines subscriptions are billed annually at $30/year through Stripe, our secure payment provider. To cancel your subscription or request a refund, email us and we'll take care of it promptly.

If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, please manage your subscription via your Apple ID settings.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the Settings page in the app. This will permanently remove all your routines, quizzes, and personal data. If you need assistance, email us and we'll process the deletion for you.
